5. Revisit it

  • Have I discovered new problems?

  • How this changed my hypothesis?

  • Has this changed the project scope?

  • Does this affect the timeline?

2. Explore it

  • Who do I need to talk to?

  • What resources do I need to use?

  • What will be hard to find?

 

6. Re-define it

  • How do I solve these new problems?

  • What do I need to design?

  • What are my projected outputs?

  • Does my timeline allow for these outputs?

3. Define it

  • What do I think the problems are?

  • What is the timeline I’m working with?

  • What are the goals?

 

7. Develop it

  • What features does it have?

  • Does it work as intended?

  • Does it read as intended?

  • Does it solve as intended?

4. Target it

  • Who is my target audience?

  • Are there any existing clients to talk to

  • What do I need to know from them?

 

8. Test it, again and again

  • Do the users like my solution?

  • Does the client agree with my solution?
